The Novella Design House

The Novella House is unique property, custom-built in 1957. An architect designed, mid-century modern home nestled in the woods on 2 acres outside the Twin Cities. When we found it, it was a complete time capsule. We are the 2nd family to own the home since 1957, and we couldn’t be more excited to share our journey.
