For over 2 years we searched for the perfect Mid Century Modern house to call home. In 2020, during the middle of a global pandemic, we found it. It’s a unique property with a special story to tell. An architect designed, custom-built home… a complete time capsule. We are the 2nd family to own the home since 1957.
After 3 years of restoration our home is now available to rent for photo/video shoots.
The hourly rate for Novella Design House is $180 an hour with an 4 hour minimum. We offer a 10% discount for any bookings over 8 hours or multiple days. Occasionally we will reduce the rate and/or the minimum number of hours - Follow us on social to stay up to date on specials!
